- to ensure events/ weddings run smoothly, on time and to a very high standard
- to be the decision maker during weddings and events and lead the team to a successful event
- deal with any issues that arise promptly and professionally
- ensure excellent customer service throughout the event planning and delivery process
- supporting the Event Manager where required
- takes the initiative to make sure the clients and business needs are met
