• heavy lifting is a large part of the job role as large quantities of stock are being dropped off daily
• the Driver’s Mate is responsible for driving and delivering Flavour Trailers and assisting the driver with loading and unloading stock in the Flavour Trailers. This position reports to the Operations Manager
• work Pattern - 5x8 Hour Shift Per week. Shifts will be AM & PM's which will include weekends on a 40 hour permanent contract. You will know your shifts 13 weeks in advance
• we are looking for a new Driver to join our road team, The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our towing vehicle, picking, packing and delivering stock to our mobile catering units, and towing catering trailers to and from weekly sites on a daily basis
• contract Type: Full Time - 40 hours
• as one of our drivers, you will be responsible for dropping our mobile catering trailers at set locations and ensuring they are fully stocked and ready for a busy evening service
• location: Brixworth, NN6 9EU
• please note this is not just a driver's position, you are required to follow checklists, fill out daily reports/records, whilst also attending weekly meetings
• you and your driver's mate will be responsible for the trailer's security, checking off stock levels, date-checking food, ensuring the trailers are safe for the cooking team, whilst keeping the trailers tidy and organised, and filtering our cooking oil daily on site
• perform other duties as assigned
• this position reports to the Operations Manager
• this is not just a drivers positions. You will be responsible for all stock levels, ensuring the team are safe and keeping the trailers clean and tidy. Cleaning out fryers and ensuring you are stock rotating
• ensure that all drivers are properly trained, insured, and on time

Requirements

• must have a valid driver’s license
