Requirements
- of course, we will provide training, but we are looking for you to ideally have
- experience of working and using all types of machinery and neccesarry tools, such as; sewing machines and an overlocker
- experience in clothing alterations essential
- knowledge/awareness of pattern creation and fabric cutting
- shortening and lengthening all types of garments required
- taking in or letting out garments to adjust the size
- you must be clean and presentable at all times
- hand Sewing Skills
Responsibility
- managing our client and customer diary
- ordering and stock control, and input into the success of the business
- front of house duties including customer service, sales and cleaning
- keeping a close eye on health and safety standards
