- we are looking for an someone who is passionate about fish, reliable and who can assist in the day to day running of our shop
- full-time and Part-time paye employment will be considered
- the Fishmongers Kitchen is an up-market fishmonger which in addition to selling quality fresh fish offers freshly prepared goods such as Seafood platters, Monkfish & Tiger prawn curry, smoked salmon and shellfish soup
- our working week is Tuesday to Saturday, Sunday and Monday closed. A competitive hourly rate offered for the right candidate based on experience

- experience: Ideally we would like the individual to have the following... Retail , knife skills either working on the block filleting and fish preparation, as a butcher or working as a chef in a catering kitchen
- this role would also suit chef's looking to get out of the kitchen to gain experience in fish filleting and retail, plus work favourable day time hours
