- HND or degree in engineering or science dicipline. A recognized quality qualification such as HNC/HND or CQI/BSI membership or appropriate experience
- in depth knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO14001 standards
- strong analytical skills and technical savvy
- strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in an efficient, creative and effective manner
- lead Auditor experience
- minimum five years experience as a Quality manager in a manufacturing industry
- A thorough understanding of industrial manufacturing Processes and Control techniques to effectively utilize and improve their application
- experienced in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other
Responsibility
- develop and implement continuous improvement processes across all functions within company
- ensure company Quality Policy and objectives are communicated and understood to all personnel within the company
- develop and manage practices to improve quality during the production process
- establish, track, and report Quality metrics to support site and Enterprise goals
