- to keep up to date with the history of the site and past/present/future developments to ensure consistently excellent Sanctuary knowledge
- any other reasonable duties as required within your skill and competence
- to help with ordering, purchasing and stock control including monthly stock takes
- you will be expected to carry out other activities that are within the scope of the role
- assist the Chef/Manager with events and corporate bookings
- assist the Head Chef/Manager in supervising and training a team of staff and volunteers to server, clean and assist with food preparation
- adhere to all Sanctuary policies and procedures
Requirements
- ensure food safety monitoring and temperature checks are completed
- report any maintenance issues to the Estates team
- ensure the health, safety and security of all Restaurant staff, visitors, suppliers, cash, stock and premises
- cooking: 2 years
