the ideal candidate will have a background in a Butchers, retail or similar environment ensuring they have the knowledge to deal with customer comments
we have a database of 65,000 customers who we would like to nurture and convert back into sales as well as develop new customers
refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments
produce weekly reporting on sales, comments and suggestions
send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material
Requirements
experience in a retail, butchers or similar environment
experience in both incoming and outgoing sales
