this is a full time position working 4 out of 7 days approximately 40 hours per week
you will be responsible for the successful day to day running of the pub & restaurant alongside the general manager
you will help manage the front of house team to include on the job training, staff rotas and team motivation
working closely with the kitchen team ensuring that our food/service offering is optimised
you will deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customer & business expectations are exceeded
ensuring all company standards are met, including health & safety & food hygiene
this is a key holders position and will include opening/locking up and includes all cash handling & security. Must be an experienced supervisor/manager and be able to work under pressure
