Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- this is a full time position working 4 out of 7 days approximately 40 hours per week
- you will be responsible for the successful day to day running of the pub & restaurant alongside the general manager
- you will help manage the front of house team to include on the job training, staff rotas and team motivation
- working closely with the kitchen team ensuring that our food/service offering is optimised
- you will deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring customer & business expectations are exceeded
- ensuring all company standards are met, including health & safety & food hygiene
- this is a key holders position and will include opening/locking up and includes all cash handling & security. Must be an experienced supervisor/manager and be able to work under pressure
