Responsibility
- ensures the organisation runs smoothly
- motivate and engage an enthusiastic workforce and get the best out of people
- organisation a rota, and create a shift brief for you and your team
- ordering and stock management – stock rotation
- minimise food waste
- train your workforce – ensure the team know everything about Nourish and any changes
- customer complaint handling, identify trends and identify root cause, resolve
- report Nourish progress in the management meeting every Monday
Requirements
