Requirements
- proven experience in office management or related role
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- minimum 2 years’ experience of payroll and bookkeeping required
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT Level 4 qualified or part-qualified required
- proficient in using office software applications
- knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- 3 x AS or A2 level qualifications at A-C grade or equivalent desirable

- diploma of Higher Education
Responsibility
- monitor centre performance ensuring occupancy levels are optimised
- supervise team with broad range of responsibilities
- supervise team with wide range of responsibilities
- relationship management of key customers
- in collaboration with line manager, establish strategy for Engine House
- monitor budgets, taking remedial action and making recommendations to line manager
- carry out all financial accounting transactions
- maintain and implement finance policies and procedures
