  • we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for an exciting new position within our Customer Service Team
  • we need energetic, enthusiastic people to provide a professional, friendly service
  • respond to member enquiries
  • develop relationships with schools and other stakeholders as required

  • attending and contributing to team meetings
  • negotiate and handle member complaints

Education

  • maths GCSE C or above

Requirements

  • customer service within an office environment, including telephone experience
  • previous claims processing experience desirable, although not essential
