Responsibility

  • leading and managing the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • creating innovative menus and dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality
  • overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • training and developing kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills
  • supervising all aspects of food production to deliver an exceptional dining experience
  • maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times in accordance with H&S legislation

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills
  • expertise in various culinary techniques and cuisines
  • in-depth knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, suppliers, and management
  • chef: 3 years
  • cooking: 3 years
