Requirements
- oversee ALL aspect of running an efficient kitchen including rotas and staffing levels
- be self-motivated, positive, and committed to delivering excellent service
- have ability lead by example, get involved and be hands on within the role when required
- manage a small team of chefs and demonstrate an ability to train, motivate & support
- ensure that food is excellently presented, and quality standards are achieved consistently
- ideally have experience as Head Chef or be someone with proven experience at this level who is looking to make a step up into this role
- be responsible for ordering and monitoring of stock, maintaining and improving the targeted GP% for food
- working with suppliers to ensure the food ordered and delivered is high quality
