Responsibility
- coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
- prepare shift schedules
- check and confirm timesheets using our payroll system
- supervise wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
- train and deliver upselling activities
- ultimately, you will work with our Operations Manager to deliver a positive dining experience for our guests, support colleagues in wider hotel operations and optimise sales and profitability while creating a positive and supportive work environment
- keep records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
- arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding
Requirements
- work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- familiarity with restaurant management software
- good math and reporting skills
- good customer service attitude
- communication and team management abilities
- availability to work within opening hours
