Responsibility
- ➢ Customer Focused – developing a rapport with Customers from selling a car, scheduling the viewing and handing over the vehicle
- ➢ Obtaining key details from Customers for their new vehicle needs and part exchange details
- ➢ Highlight additional services, such as extended warranty plans
- ➢ Liaising with external businesses to arrange and support the preparation of a Customer’s vehicle
- ➢ Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets – as agreed with the Directors
- ➢ Assisting with vehicle collections and deliveries old sold vehicles to Customers, if and when required
Requirements
- ➢ Being able to demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a competitive market
- sales
- ➢ Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- ➢ Excellent communication skills to engage with Customers
- ➢ Weekend availability is essential for this role
- ➢ Full valid driving licence is essential
- ➢ Organised and attention to detail when completing paperwork
- ➢ Previous experience with a similar position would be an advantage – but not essential
