Responsibility
- cook consistently and enthusiastically as directed by the Head/Sous Chef
- offer inspirational input to menu changes
- ensure his/her section is organised, clean and conforms to standards of hygiene
- ensure strict Health & Safety standards are maintained
- ensure food is stored in optimum conditions
- report food orders to Head Chef
- check and put away deliveries
- assist with general cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule
