Responsibility
- to undertake a development programme leading to an ICT Support Technician Qualification actively participate in their own development plan agreed with their line manager and assessor
- ordering of IT equipment and consumables
- assist with hardware and software installations
- to work in line with ‘best practice’ ensuring compliance to relevant policies
