Responsibility

• supporting the Canon Missioner, Mission and JPIC teams across a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties
• dealing with correspondence and diary management for the team
• managing meeting logistics including, scheduling, room bookings, preparing agendas, minute taking and circulation, following up on action points

• supporting the administration of events such as conferences and training days, including booking venues, communicating with delegates, arranging catering etc
• setting up and managing content pages in EventBrite, administering payments and communicating with attendees
• collecting and entering data into Diocesan databases and MailChimp, summarising content and producing reports as required
• administering finances for the department, organising payment of expenses, invoices and grants, and ensuring that the department stays within budget
• keep Mission and JPIC web pages up to date
• any other administrative duties that are required by members of the team or as requested by the Director of Mission

Responsibility

• to undertake a development programme leading to an ICT Support Technician Qualification actively participate in their own development plan agreed with their line manager and assessor
• ordering of IT equipment and consumables
• assist with hardware and software installations

Requirements

• A good understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware
