Responsibility
an exciting opportunity has arisen at Denby Pottery for an International Sales Administrator
this is a hybrid working vacancy that can be part time or full time depending on the candidate's availability and suitability
you will be required to work 3 days per week if part time, or this can be a full-time position for the right candidate, with additional international business and/or selected UK customer account support
running powerplay reports with sales values/volumes/patterns/skus by customer
running Powerplay outstanding order reports each week and adding any hold report notes. Adding information notes and reviewing regularly with the International Account Mgr
handling customer enquiries such as stock availability, pricing and image requests. Completing any forms needed, forwarding orders on to sales admin and chasing for pro forma payments when necessary
updating and maintaining Briscapo’s master database
trade shows – booking flights/hotels and sending out customer invites to Frankfurt. Arranging sample requests for distributor led trade shows
