Responsibility
- provide a professional & friendly welcome to the venue for all patrons
- screening a person's suitability to enter the venue - ID Check
- conduct searches if necessary
- handle incidents inside & outside the venue
- monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
- provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance
- provide first aid or emergency assistance as needed
Requirements
- proven work experience as Security or similar role
- knowledge of security operations and procedures
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong observational skills and attention to detail
- physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- first aid certification is preferred
- security: 1 year
