Responsibility

  • create and maintain relationships with regional community and corporate external networks to implement the delivery plan for our key programmes
  • lead and coordinate innovate programmes, scaling up the organisations aims to support vulnerable and disadvantaged young women across the UK
  • proactively work with facilitators and build a database of freelancers and external providers to develop opportunities for wider service delivery
  • build and maintain strong partnerships with local youth providers, schools and local authorities
  • be responsible for administration relating to programs including correspondence and record keeping
  • stay up to date with the external context and draw on your professional networks, resources and connections to enrich Daddyless Daughters vision and our delivery
  • to be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of the projects in line with any organisational quality initiatives and any relevant external regulatory body
  • manage external referrals to our community programs ensuring that information is captured accurately and partnership organisations are responded to in a timely manner

Education

  • ability to plan, programme and project manage in a complex and varied environment, using appropriate project management tools
  • experience of designing and delivering engaging in- person and online workshops/programmes
  • excellent knowledge of and proven ability to manage safeguarding of vulnerable young people & vulnerable adults facing risk
  • A strong understanding of the challenges the women supported by Daddyless Daughters face
  • high level planning skills to control effective use of resources and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • ability to access key regional partners and build influence and support
  • strong awareness and understanding of diversity, equal opportunities and ability to translate these into effective action
