Responsibility
create and maintain relationships with regional community and corporate external networks to implement the delivery plan for our key programmes
lead and coordinate innovate programmes, scaling up the organisations aims to support vulnerable and disadvantaged young women across the UK
proactively work with facilitators and build a database of freelancers and external providers to develop opportunities for wider service delivery
build and maintain strong partnerships with local youth providers, schools and local authorities
be responsible for administration relating to programs including correspondence and record keeping
stay up to date with the external context and draw on your professional networks, resources and connections to enrich Daddyless Daughters vision and our delivery
to be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of the projects in line with any organisational quality initiatives and any relevant external regulatory body
manage external referrals to our community programs ensuring that information is captured accurately and partnership organisations are responded to in a timely manner
Education
ability to plan, programme and project manage in a complex and varied environment, using appropriate project management tools
experience of designing and delivering engaging in- person and online workshops/programmes
excellent knowledge of and proven ability to manage safeguarding of vulnerable young people & vulnerable adults facing risk
A strong understanding of the challenges the women supported by Daddyless Daughters face
high level planning skills to control effective use of resources and the ability to manage multiple priorities
ability to access key regional partners and build influence and support
strong awareness and understanding of diversity, equal opportunities and ability to translate these into effective action
