Responsibility

  • managing & assisting with the maintenance and servicing of e-bikes
  • managing a small team of mechanics and junior staff
  • having complete control of the workshop systems, particularly the ordering and allocation of parts
  • dealing with clients who need their bikes repairing. This is online, on the phone and in person
  • ideally you will be happy chatting to clients about ebike sales when required
