Responsibility

  • outstanding opening for an ambitious Commis Chef / Junior Chef De Partie with an opportunity to progress to Chef De Partie
  • working with the Sous and Head Chef on any kitchen section to the required standards set
  • assist with the preparation of designated kitchen sections ensuring they are complete and ready for each service
  • assist in the food preparation process
  • execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
  • supporting the Sous & Head chef in delivering required standard of food
  • are you ready to take that next step on the culinary ladder?
  • working together with our current team of 3 full time chefs, you will be able to display and further develop your culinary skills being guided by the expertise of our Exec Head Chef and Sous Chef producing high quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience
