shifts are 11am till 5pm and 5pm to close Monday to Sunday
some help with kitchen serving meals
must have experience working with food and alcohol
must be able to follow all food and beverage rules and regulations
must have experience using a cash register and handling money
must be able to communicate effectively with other staff members and customers
must available for weekend shifts at least once a month

Responsibility
prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests
collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods
help with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed
contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones
Requirements
proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment is preferred
strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills
familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen
ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
