- level 3 NVQ in Social Care or Equivalent
- therapeutic or Counselling Qualifications/Experience eg DDP, CBT, Play Therapy
- expedition Leadership Qualifications/Experience eg ML, IML, BEL3, MIA, 2-5 Day Wilderness First Aid
