  • train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment
  • manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • ensure strict adherence to HACCP and Safer Food Better Business guidelines for food safety
  • proven experience at Head Chef or Sous Chef level, ideally within a 2-Rosette or higher establishment

  • rosette cooking: 1 year
  • chef: 3 years
  • bedale, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
