Responsibility

  • supervising the daily operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, training, inventory control, guest relations, and quality standards
  • maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety in the bar, complying with all relevant regulations and policies
  • developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the bar and attract new customers
  • handling customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in a professional and courteous manner

  • we are looking for a bar supervisor who can oversee and coordinate the entire team, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our bar
  • monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of the bar, ensuring that the budget and revenue targets are met
  • creating and updating the menus for the the bar, showcasing some of the more well known craft beer brands and also sourcing out upcoming breweries

Requirements

  • at least 2 years of experience as a bar supervisor or a similar position in a restaurant or bar setting
  • A good knowledge of independent craft beer, and culture, or a willingness to learn
  • A strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff
  • A high level of attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle would also be preferred
