the Levels Country Kitchen - a small, family run business, opened its doors in May 2018 and since has been a very popular gathering place for the locals, and those from further afar
We are very proud to offer a variety of delicious home cooked food, including our beautiful cakes and other sweet treats. Our aim is to serve fantastic quality food using the best ingredients, which are locally sourced where possible
you will be responsible for managing the restaurant in collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager and FOH Supervisor, you will be their right-hand person
you will play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, strive to promote sales and increase profitability whilst making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied
leading and engaging the team will be your focus, as well as getting involved with bar offering, cafe cleanliness and serving our loyal customers
assisting with restocking produce and equipment
Requirements
previous supervisory experience within the industry
good understanding and proven ability of the business and management principles required for the role
strong leadership skills with ability to drive and develop a team
genuine desire to serve the needs of customers with a strong personal responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction, excellent conflict resolution abilities
excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
high integrity and honesty in all dealings
ability to work under pressure
supervising experience: 1 year
