  • you will be a direct report to the UK Managing Director
  • you will have an Operational Leadership team comprising Operational Departments Leaders and their respective functions
  • you will have financial accountability to achieve budget targets monthly/quarterly/annually
  • you will Ideally be degree educated
  • you will be responsible for driving the entire strategic direction for all Operational areas including service delivery, accountability, technical competency, exceeding client requirements, maximizing technology as well as bringing our people development agenda to life
