Responsibility
- answer customer queries and take phone orders
- contact existing customers to gain feedback and ensure their orders meet their needs
- take customer payments over the phone and call customers for payment where needed
- assist the Customer Service Manager with daily admin tasks

- location: Redruth Office
- hours: 37.5 per week with occasional weekend cover. Part-time hours would be considered
- contract: Permanent, £18 - 22,000 per annum depending on experience
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- flexibility to cover at busy times including occasional weekends if required
