Reviews THE CORNISH CHEESE COMPANY
Hi there! The Cheese Maker Team Leader position at The Cornish Cheese Company involves leading a team within the production process of the cheese factory. Previous experience in a cheese factory is not necessary as full training will be provided, but experience in food production is preferred. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods. The salary starts from £11.00 per hour and the company offers a company pension. My question is, what are the specific responsibilities of the Cheese Maker Team Leader in terms of leading the team and overseeing the production process?
