Responsibility

  • the Continental has recently approached it's 15th anniversary as the main gastro pub experience in the Preston area
  • we work with fresh ingredients offering a restaurant quality food in a busy pub environment
  • applicants will need to have at least one years experience in a similar role, with a interest in making desserts
  • we are looking for a Commis Chef de Partie to work in partnership with our Head Chef and senior Sous Chef. You will be working with a fabulous, long established team, with the opportunity to help innovate and develop our offer
  • the Continental is a riverside venue in Preston, with large garden area, onsite parking and attached music venue/arts space. The Continental was at the forefront the craft food and drink explosion and has continued to innovate
