Responsibility
- log and maintain all Bill of Material information per product utilising internal systems
- maintain and review Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance with our ISO9001 Certification and Business Objectives
- to ensure that product compliance is up to date by completing a QA verification sheet for each product or batch being inspected. Changes/Updates found should be logged on file for each batch
- from the data collected above report trends to the Quality Manager and Head of Technical
- producing instructions of process and services
- working with Quality Manager to develop quality assurance plans by conducting audits, identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, with verification and monitoring procedures
- coordinating all quality inspections including positive leadership of people involved
- working with Quality Manager to Validate quality processes by establishing specifications and quality attributes, measuring against attributes, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification, and writing and updating quality assurance procedures
