- you’ll be working within a team of 6 controls engineers
- be a part of the next generation of high-performance vehicles
- the work is really varied and fast paced so no day is the same and you’ll get to work on a good variety of short term projects, working on multiple projects at any one time
- this is a great opportunity to start a career within the EV sector with my client open to peoples background as long as you have a general vehicle/powertrain background
- looking for 1+ years experience in a similar role and someone coming with a degree within any engineering subject
- progression is available for the right employees, with my client at the start of a 5 year growth plan plenty of opportunities will be available in the coming years to progress/develop
- away from the role itself you will be working for a company that has recently gone through a large investment for developing this technology and is based in the heart of British Motorsport in Silverstone

As a controls engineer within this company you will be encouraged to think outside the box to develop the Battery Management Systems and also work on vehicle control systems as well
