Responsibility

  • we require an enthusiastic part time Lettings Negotiator to join our award winning Residential Sales & Letting Agency
  • the role will be part time, 4 days a week Mon - Thurs
  • temporary maternity cover contract, with potential to lead to full time
  • no experience required, however applications from those with experience would be welcomed
  • the role will also include administrative duties
  • they must also have good computing skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task
  • duties to include carrying out viewings, reporting feedback to vendors & landlords, following up viewing feedback, booking viewings, booking valuations, dealing with customer enquiries in the office, via email and by telephone
  • the successful applicant must have an excellent knowledge of the Lytham St Annes area, be smart, be a superb communicator, friendly and personable, have excellent time-keeping, have a full clean UK driving licence and be happy to use their own vehicle for appointments
