Responsibility
- staff management including gaining a full knowledge of products and services, controlling branch standards and effective management of the sales floor
- effective people management through the use of Company procedures
- take responsibility for overhead budgets reviewing regularly with Operations Manager
- acting as an integral part of the store's management team you will have key holder responsibilities and will ensure that you team operates within a happy and productive environment
- maintain high standards of branch housekeeping, taking responsibility for maintenance of fixtures, fittings and property
- take full staff management role through effective recruitment, training and retention of staff following all Company procedures
- ensure customers receive a high standard of service in line with the 9 Key Selling Points
- control the standard of window and interior display, to ensure clear presentation of the merchandise is given to customers
