Responsibility

  • produce high quality menus based on the recommendations of restaurant owners and chefs
  • coordinate with the chefs to ensure proper preparation of each dish
  • ensure all food is prepared according to the chef’s instructions
  • coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality service
  • the Cleveland Arms is a Wolverhampton-based company that offers a full suite of services to the hospitality, real estate, and construction industries. We are looking for Chef to join our team and provide culinary excellence to our clients
  • ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with health and safety standards and company policies
  • maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant
  • work cooperatively with management and other employees
