Responsibility

• support and guide the cleaning team to achieve service levels
• regular checks on cleaning standards in specified areas
• respond to cleaning requests as required

• continuously develop and improve quality and hygiene standards
• we are looking for an experienced areas cleaning manager to join our operation team in the Home counties areas and London Region
• ensure delivery of all services are in line with contractual requirements and client satisfaction
• you will be managing our on-site team to ensure that the client KPI’s and SLAs are met whilst delivering an excellence service
• contribute to and maintain excellent Client relationship
• manage and develop the team to encourage high morale and motivation
• ensure resources are properly stored, used, maintained and controlled as necessary
• cover staff’s absence and Holidays
• to manage and support the compliance of COSHH, Health & Safety and Hygiene regulations throughout the team and to report any incidents in line with procedures
