Responsibility

  • oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
  • handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, and record keeping
  • provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
  • maintain a clean and organized spa environment
  • provide exceptional massage and spa treatment
  • manage stock levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements

  • proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry
  • strong organizational and administrative skills
  • excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • proficient in basic math calculations for inventory management and financial reporting
  • exceptional time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
  • knowledge of the spa market and industry trends
  • ability to manage stock levels and ensure timely supply orders
  • massage: 2 years

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
  • GCSE or equivalent
