Responsibility
- responsible for taking customer food and beverage orders with friendly, personalised attention towards each customer
- describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
- responsible for processing payment and issuing change where appropriate
- to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks and dispense food and snack display items
- ensure all Bistro, party and corporate food/catering is delivered safely and served professionally
- security of stock
- operating tills to agreed procedure, to minimise security risks
- security of cash
Education
- previous Front of House / Waiting experience
