• our First Steps team deals with all new enquiries from victims of Domestic Abuse & Violence, we deal with over 8,000 enquiries per month
• the team are the first point of contact on the telephone for victims of domestic abuse helping determine the merit of a callers case in obtaining an emergency civil injunction and any application for Legal Aid
• conducting 1-2-1s and reviews with team members

• handling overflow reception calls
