- we are the leading organisation in the UK helping to provide a free, fast emergency service to victims of domestic violence and abuse regardless of their financial circumstances, delivering exceptional client care
- our First Steps team deals with all new enquiries from victims of Domestic Abuse & Violence, we deal with over 8,000 enquiries per month
- the team are the first point of contact on the telephone for victims of domestic abuse helping determine the merit of a callers case in obtaining an emergency civil injunction and any application for Legal Aid
- conducting 1-2-1s and reviews with team members
Requirements
- covering calls
- covering Admin Assistant role
- handling overflow reception calls
- covering the Operations Manager when necessary
- customer Service: 1 year
