Responsibility

  • chef Supervisor
  • on a daily basis lead a team of staff to ensure that all required tasks are completed
  • ensure all prescribed business processes and procedures are complied with and carried out
  • ensure that any identified on the job training and development is implemented
  • ensure that all provisions are ordered so that the prescribed menu can be delivered
  • ensure purchasing complies with procurement processes and via nominated suppliers
  • ensure that all staff are aware of any shortages and that the daily communication sheet is completed
  • ensure that all cleaning schedules, hygiene and temperature checks are completed
