- the Forbes Arms Hotel situated in the idyllic countryside location at the Bridge of Alford has undergone a full and extensive refurbishment internally and externally following the acquisition by the family run, local business Morrison Campbell Estates Ltd

Requirements
- passion for food and drink
- have sufficient drive and stamina to work in a pressurised, physical environment
- legally allowed to work in the UK
- A proven track record in a similar role
- strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- active listening and communicating skills
- being able to work in a team and individually
