  • we are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Carer Link Worker to join an exciting new project within our supportive team

  • hours of Work: Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
  • annual Leave: 25 days per year
  • length of Contract: Fixed-Term until 31/12/2025
