  • lead responsibility for finance
  • profiling Shinty through Camanachd Association social media channel, website and other publications on a regular and proactive basis

  • any other duties as may be delegated
  • work with the CA’s appointed accountants to prepare end-of-year returns
  • the Camanachd Association is the Governing Body for shinty and our objective is to protect and enhance shinty as a vibrant and integral part of Scottish life
  • prepare HMRC information and VAT partial exemption quarterly

Requirements

  • relevant financial management qualifications and experience in an equivalent role
  • proven ability to be proactive, work with minimal supervision and have a positive “make it happen” attitude
  • education to Degree standard or equivalent
  • ability to work with others, motivate, provide direction and influence
  • experienced user of SAGE accounting or equivalent
  • degree in business management or administration
  • versatility and creativity
  • proven leadership, teamwork and decision making skills
