Responsibility
- as a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere by delivering exceptional service to our guests
- provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring their overall satisfaction
- maintain a clean and well-organized bar area, including stocking supplies and replenishing as needed
- stay up to date with industry trends and developments in beverage culture
- the Butchers Tap and Grill will be launching in just a few months and we are looking for a super friendly and hospitality driven Bar tenders to be part of our opening team
- the Butchers Tap, first established by Tom Kerridge in Marlow alongside 2 Michelin Star; The Hand and Flowers and 1 Michelin Star; The Coach, will be coming to Chelsea bringing a fridge stocked full of award winning 100% British cuts, and a 100-seater restaurant with a carefully curated list of wines
- create and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, in accordance with recipes and standards
- we are looking to recruit proactive and inspiring Bar tenders who show initiative, have a keen eye for detail, and are hugely passionate about their job
Requirements
- previous experience as a Bartender is an advantage, but not always necessary
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and work effectively with the team
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
