Responsibility

  • research businesses to identify potential new B2B customers using industry leading online tools
  • use email marketing, outbound phone calls and social selling to generate leads and opportunities
  • engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and develop positive relationships
  • work closely with the sales team to help research their prospects and grow their customer base
  • ensure that the internal CRM system is updated with any new prospects, contacts, and opportunities and maintain records accordingly
  • work to sales targets and incentives, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
