Responsibility
- we are currently seeking an experienced telesales agent with a proven track record in consumer energy switching to join our team
- contact potential customers by phone to promote our consumer energy switching service
- explain the benefits of switching energy suppliers and the cost savings that can be achieved
- this is a target-driven role, and you will be expected to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- persuade potential customers to switch their energy supplier to one of our recommended suppliers
- meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- build and maintain relationships with customers
- ensure that all customer information is accurately recorded in our CRM system
Requirements
- proven experience in telesales, preferably in the consumer energy switching sector
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong sales and negotiation skills
- target-driven and results-oriented
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- good time management and organizational skills
- familiarity with CRM systems
- ability to work well in a team
