  • A good knowledge of health and safety and fire risk awareness in residential buildings is essential
  • the Mosaic is situated at 45 Narrow Street E14 and consists of 195 apartments made up of two separate buildings arranged around a central piazza with water feature and eateries
  • this position is primarily customer focused, therefore a background working in a prestigious residential development or similar is essential, as this role requires the highest level of customer service
  • overseeing the daily cleaning requirements
  • assist the property manager with any additional duties where required
  • responsibility for all deliveries to the main reception desk, receiving and booking in of parcels and store for safekeeping. Notifying residents via the Building Links system of any deliveries
