Responsibility
- work within a set budget
- plan, buy and present an appropriate, nutritious and varied menu, served daily for up to 60 children
- order/buy food and ingredients on behalf of the club
- plan, shop and deliver cooking activities as required
- interest and educate children about healthy eating using a variety of methods, for example food tasing sessions and cooking activities during the holiday club sessions
- ensure that the charity complies with best practice in all areas of Health and Safety regulations
- be aware of food allergies and dietary requirements and keep all documents relating to these up to date and relevant information passed on to staff
- attend and contribute to regular staff meetings

- enhance DBS check
- planning and preparing food for large groups of people
