Responsibility
- home Building & Surveying Company are looking to recruit a new Junior Damp Surveyor to our London division
- A background in construction/surveying is helpful but not essential for the right candidate as full on going training can be provided
- as a Junior Surveyor your role will include visiting both commercial & domestic properties around the greater London area to diagnose issues and provide reports/quotations using our in house system following each visit
- although a basic salary is provided, commission is paid on orders and as such there is a sales aspect to the job so any background in sales or marketing is also helpful
Requirements
- interest or background in construction/surveying
- full clean UK drivers license
- proficient in using technology such as tablets and diagnosis equipment
- strong analytical skills
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work independently
- good communication and interpersonal skills
